Pawalsha har vært med oss siden oktober 2019. Mangfoldshuset hadde en prat med henne da vi fortalte om aktiviteter på huset. Siden da har hun vært veldig aktiv i de fleste aktiviteter. Hun er fleksibel og stiller opp på kort varsel. Pawalsha er også flink til å jobbe med mennesker. Utdannet videregående og et år lærling som lære.
Pawalsha har jobbet med Post, Kantine, Regnskap medarbeider, tolk, lære og barn & ungdommer.
