I samarbeid med EMINOL i 2019 tok vi opp  temaer som motivasjon og forbilde, arbeids markedsføring og nav, arbeid, likestilling og diskrimineringsrett, erfaring om arbeidsliv og pensjonister. og I 2020 har vi tatt opp de seminarene vi jobbet med i 2019 i tillegg har vi tatt temaer om Kvinner og utdannelse, alkohol blant ungdom i det norsk samfunn, Kvinne rettigheter-krissesenteret, psykiske helse.

De tilbake meldingene vi fikk var at de temaene var  verdt å holde spesielt til de nyankomte som  ikke har intergrert seg bra eller ikke har bedre grip i systemet. Det hjelper man å lære om samfunnet samt integrere seg.
